New York  Jets sign Pitt DE Deslin Alexandre.

Another Panthers player joined the Jets. 

After drafting Carter Warren and Israel Abanikanda in the NFL draft, the Jets have returned to adding another Panther. 

Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports the Jets will sign UDFA defensive end Deslin Alexandre.

Alexandre earned All-ACC honorable mention with 29 tackles, 6.5 for a loss, and 5.5 sacks despite injuries. 

Alexandre was a team captain and won the Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year award for his philanthropic activities in Haiti and Pittsburgh.

Alexandre is the third Pittsburgh defensive lineman to join the NFL. 

Habakkuk Baldonado joined the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers first-round pick Calijah Kancey was a unanimous All-American. 

Pittsburgh had 6 NFL draft choices and 4 UDFAs.
