This weight-loss cabbage soup with tomatoes, bell peppers, and green beans is easy to make and can be refrigerated for many days.
10 stalks celery, 5 carrots, 3 onions, 2 green bell peppers, diced, 1 large cabbage, chopped. 2 quarts tomato juice, 1 15-ounce can sliced green beans, drained.
Ingredients
2 (16-ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes with liquid, 1 14-ounce can beef broth, cold water to cover, 1 (1-ounce) package dried onion soup mix

Directions
Mix onion soup mix, tomato juice, tomatoes, beef broth, and enough water to cover veggies.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 25 minutes.
