A vegetarian cheese pizza has a crispy crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and olives can be added to this vegetarian pizza.   • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional toppings: sliced mushrooms, sliced bell peppers, sliced onions, sliced olives, etc.


  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt over the tomato sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Add any desired toppings on top of the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
  9. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
